K, I dunno about the rest of you, but I'm about done with the doom and gloom nosedive my blog's taken the last few weeks.

I feel as though one thing after another has been loaded up on me, and I've decided that the best way to "unload" myself is to give stuff away.

Seriously!  Giveaways are always fun, they're always happy, and they're always, always, always entertaining! Who doesn't love the thrill of chance?  Who doesn't love spreading the happy news that someone won something?

I love it, so I'm running one.  It's my Happiness Contest, so woo hoo!!!

I'm going to be giving away my favorite stand-bys. They're favorites for very good reason!

For more info on each prize, click the photos!

Clarifications:

1st Prize is the set of Sacred/Immaculate Heart dolls.  You get Jesus AND Mary!

You can comment once per day with a "Happy Trick" and each entry counts as a separate entry.  So load up, because I'm all for trying and sharing happy tricks.  :)

I'm so glad you asked!

This is going to be a Rafflecopter giveaway since it worked out so well the last time.  Contest will run for two weeks.  Good luck!

Listening to show tunes or Disney music is my short cut to feeling happy.

*!!!* A great reminder how to create happiness when one feels "down in the dumps". :-)
I especially like the idea that you give extra points for prayers! :-) (and I'm hoping to win one of the Jesus/Mary dolls.... *smile*)

Hmmm.... listening to music can help. Also throwing open the windows on a beautiful, cool day works wonders for me. Or curling up with a book during a thunderstorm. Oh, and snuggling with my little ones. Those are all good ones. :)

Standing at my back doorstep during the rain and smelling the fresh herbs always does it for me. :)

When ever I am very stressed or upset have high anxiety over anything, praying the rosary or chaplet of divine mercy really helps me to calm down and focus on what is most important.

Take a walk outside and listen to your favorite instrumental music. Or jog to something really upbeat.

Sometimes just getting out can help. Go to a park, browse a shop (even if I don't buy anything), visit a friend, etc. Sometimes just getting out can brighten my spirits.

I know this is materialistic, but getting a pedicure always puts me in a good mood.

Watching movies sometimes helps. Sometimes I want a sad one to wallow with me and remind me it is okay to be sad or that I'm not the only one but if I really want to feel better, I find a funny one like My Cousin Vinny or Bridget Jones Diary or A Mighty Wind or something. :)

Sorry about the double Pedicure post...when I submitted, it told me there was an error and didn't work...Both times.... so, I'm sorry!

If you have a seminary or convent or monastery, see if you can attend Liturgy of the Hours.

I like to sing Disney song sat the top of my lungs :) It's pretty fun to belt out "Part of Your World"- "When's it my turn, wouldn't I love, love to explore that world up ABOOOOOOOOVVE?????" :)
